Distance is the best answer to Disrespect... I've learned that the hard way, but it's so worth it. Removing yourself from toxic situations can be a game-changer. I've been in situations where I felt disrespected, and it's amazing how much peace you can find by simply walking away. It's not always easy, but it's always worth it.
