Everyone wants an easy closing.
But here’s the disconnect:
“As-Is” does NOT mean “no negotiations.”
It means you’re not agreeing upfront to repairs.
Buyers can still inspect.
They can still raise concerns.
They can still ask for credits.
And they will.
“As-Is” isn’t protection. It’s positioning.
